Day 1: baseline testing, not a warm-up.

Sprint speed, explosive power, technical level, and tactical reading, measured before you train a single session. That baseline is what every plan below is built from.

The trial pathway: earned through the in-house sports agency.

When your performance and data support it, Footfay's in-house sports agency sends your assessment, footage, and a coach's recommendation directly to clubs in Spain. Not guaranteed. Earned.

You are not signing up to one name on a brochure. You train under the coaching staff, and these are the standards every one of them is held to.

An active UEFA licence. Every coach, no exceptions.

Not a qualification earned once and left to lapse. Every coach on our staff holds a current UEFA licence, and that is the floor to work here, not the ceiling.

Our coaches are active with professional players at professional clubs. What you get in a session is the methodology they are using in that job this season, not one they used before they retired from it.

Técnico Deportivo Superior en Fútbol, Level 3 — the UEFA Pro equivalent, and the top of the Spanish coaching ladder. Alongside it: academy methodology developed inside professional clubs, and physical preparation built on the same protocols used across professional football.

Not a coach's notebook. A system you, your coaches and your parents log into — from the morning you wake up to the day you leave.

Every morning, before you train.

You log sleep quality and hours, soreness, energy and mood. Coaches see how the squad has arrived before the session starts, so the day's plan answers the players in front of them.

Your routine, assigned and ticked off.

Training blocks, your weekly schedule and individual homework are set in the app and marked complete as you do them. What you were asked to do and what you actually did are both on the record.

A written evaluation every week.

Your coaches complete a formal evaluation each week, not a word at the end of a session. Parents get their own login and the weekly report by email, so nobody has to ask how it is going.

You leave with a plan, not a handshake.

On departure you get a report built from your first tests measured against your last: what changed, and the exercises to keep doing once you are home. A coach reviews and approves it before it is sent.

Footfay accepts players aged 16 to 25. Beyond age, there's one requirement: you have to want to know the truth about your level.

Every player signs Footfay's code of conduct before arrival: daily attendance, curfews, and respect for coaches and teammates. This is a training environment, not a summer camp.
