Not ex-coaches. Active coaches.

Most academies show you a coaching badge and hope you don't ask who's actually on the pitch. Ours are named, and they are active with Málaga Football Club today, not ten years ago.

That means the methodology a player learns at Footfay is the methodology being used with professional players in the same city, this season.

These are not ex-coaches. They are active coaches, working with professionals, right now.

On the same pitch, every week.

This is what a session at the Footfay Center looks like: small groups, close supervision, the same staff week after week. Residency sessions run at a 1:5 coach-to-player ratio.
