This page explains what information Footfay collects on this website and how it's used. We keep this simple and truthful to what the site actually does.
What we collect
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and collects standard browsing data (page views, device and browser information) when a page loads. We use this to measure how our advertising performs.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you write to us, so we can reply and help with your enquiry.
How it's used
The Meta Pixel records a page view when this site loads, and a separate event when you click a WhatsApp button, so we know which pages lead to a conversation. It does not fire any purchase or lead event on its own.
WhatsApp messages are used only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to organise your discovery call and booking.
Third parties
Two third parties are involved: Meta (Facebook), which provides the advertising pixel and receives the data it collects, and WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Your choices
You can block the Meta Pixel with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker. You can also decline to message us on WhatsApp and reach us by email or phone instead.
